About us

More than 30 years of experience in property and facility management distinguish us. Our origins go back to the merger of GiP Hausverwaltung, BerlinKonzept and Hausbau Rheinland-Pfalz.

Today we are part of the MVGM Group and stand for efficient property and facility management with fast decision-making processes, great flexibility and high quality. Our management has over 25 years of experience in property management and real estate services. In our management team we combine a broad know-how in the areas of residential, residential property, residential property management, commercial property and facility management.

After belonging to the Bilfinger Group for several years, first under the name EPM and then under Bilfinger Real Estate, we now stand for efficient property and facility management outside of Group structures: with fast decision-making channels, great flexibility and high quality.
